I can't help but feel uneasy because we're paying a lot of money for these phones that come with no warranty and Micky mouse parts. I am satisfied after two days and 18 hours of use. Or it could be my fourth. I always buy the reconditioned version of the phone I require since I need an unlocked iPhone. Usually one version behind the most recent and greatest Apple has to offer. In this instance, I'd like to use the 12 Pro Max. It came with a charger in a non-Apple package. The battery charges to 100% and performs admirably in all other areas. It appears to be brand new. There are no dings, scratches, or wear marks on this item. The one I received was matte gold in color and has excellent camera quality. I've owned it for over six months, and the battery life is still at 100%. I simply inserted my chip and was done! It's a very great phone with a large screen. I only came for the iPhone XR, so adjusting to the size was a bit of a challenge.

This is the second time I've purchased a phone from Amazon, whether to renew or not. The first time did not go well, but they quickly acknowledged their error and swiftly refunded my money, and I left it at that. These "refreshed" ones aren't worth your time or money. You can get a phone that is cracked or a phone that is in good condition. They can try to deceive you and refuse to give you your prize. With these people, it's Russian roulette. The only reason I'm willing to give 1 rating is because I received a refund for this piece of garbage so swiftly. It arrived in a battered box labeled "smart phone for smart people." The screen was not an Apple screen; it felt tacky and cheap, and it had a large bright spot in the top right corner that wouldn't go away, as well as being slightly raised all over the phone. The sides were also substantially damaged and scuffed. And the battery health said that it was 60% of what it was when it was brand new. It's inexcusable to charge more than a brand new one for one in that condition. I adore Amazon, and many of the other items I've purchased from them have worked out well. Even a small table I purchased was scratched, but I ignored it.
