Apple iPhone XS Max 64GB Space Gray Unlocked
I've owned my iPhone XS Max for a little over a month now.
So, I recently made the decision to move back to Apple from Android and was not going to spend the $1000 on a "renewed" device when functionality wise, the XS max and 11 Pro max are very close.
But Amazon has a wonderful return policy so I thought, if it isn't what I'm expecting, I can always return it.
Coming from an iPhone 8 Plus, I notice that the phone feels equally as good in my hand.
I'm really happy I chose the XS Max over the 11 Pro Max Mainly because of the rather strange looking new camera design.
So overall, my experience of purchasing a used phone couldn't have gone smoother.
This makes me believe it was either recently changed or Apple has some serious durability on their battery, as I've gone over a whole day without charging when starting at 100%.
I haven't exposed it to water or dropped it at all I'm considering doing a return..
This phone was supposed to be like new, in excellent condition, with minimal signs of wear.
And a huge problem for the longevity of the phone.
I just paid over $700 for this phone and don't need to go pay for a screen replacement on top of that plus all of the time and stress to go with it.
This phone is unlocked and compatible with any carrier of choice on GSM and CDMA networks. The device does not come with headphones or a SIM card. It does include a generic (Mfi certified) charger and charging cable. The phone is guaranteed to have a minimum battery capacity of 80%.
5/5Everything is so smooth, fast, responsive, battery health is still great, and there have been no issues I know of whatsoever.
a year later - It still acts as if I purchased it yesterday. Everything is so smooth, fast, and responsive, the battery is still in wonderful shape, and there have been no difficulties that I am aware of. I still have no regrets about buying this phone and I adore it! (The original review can be found below.) First and foremost, I'd like to share my experience with buying a used phone. With this one, I was a little hesitant. But, because Amazon has such a generous return policy, I figured I could always return it if it wasn't what I was anticipating. I'm relieved that nothing major has occurred. The band is made of stainless steel and is SPOTLESS. And have I mentioned how gorgeous the gold is? I'm glad I went with the XS Max instead of the 11 Pro Max. Specifically, because of the new camera's odd appearance. I can use it without difficulty in the large department stores that everyone complains about. This phone has a luxurious feel about it. It's perfect. It's perfect. The blacks are so deep that they mix in with the outer screen nicely. The camera is also excellent. The photos are clear and detailed, and the colors are vibrant. This phone succeeds at almost all I ask of it. Games are more responsive and fluid than I've ever seen on a mobile device.
2/5I know is use phones but for the price of $700 it looks in a bad condition unfortunately you take a risk when you buy phones with out been able to see them and are used and I am not happy with this purchase.
Until now, I had always purchased new cell phones and had never had an issue. This phone was meant to be in like-new condition, with only minor traces of use. Is there a chip in the screen with cracks connecting it? Now, come on! I just paid over $700 for this phone and don't want to spend another $700 on a screen replacement, not to mention the time and stress that comes with it. The phone was still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, so I took it to Apple to get it fixed. I was dissatisfied that I had to take the time to take it to Apple to be serviced. Not a reliable seller at all. It was not possible to load the media. When the phone rang, the screen was flashing. There's no chance the seller was unaware of the problem. The phone was still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I get to cover the cost of return shipping for a product that arrived broken and not in the condition the seller claimed. And now I'm wondering if they'll try to charge a restocking fee despite the fact that the phone doesn't appear to be brand new and is in poor shape. This has made me quite angry. And I know he uses phones, but for $700, it appears to be in poor shape. Unfortunately, when you buy phones, you incur a risk.
