The loading of pages and games is lightening fast; for me, going from 4 to 5G. No, the cord supplied did not charge the phone after I put on the wall adapter that I had.
But to my surprise this unlocked A13 5G did more than my daughter's $1000 S10.
As it is unlocked, I just switched the SIM card from my old phone with AT&T and worked flawlessly.
Camera works great with the option of the 3:4 size which allows extra clear 50 pixel photo There is an option for other 16:9 and full phone stretch sizes as well as 1:1 square photos.
A quality FHD display, despite not being one of Samsung's AMOLED panels. Fantastic connectivity. True Dual SIM support that includes two SIM slots AND a MicroSD slot - and unlike Samsung's could-have-been great A53 5G phone, both SIM slots work in the US. A headphone jack.
in terms of its connectivity, and hence I may get one myself so I can replace phones from two different carriers with one unit, even though its CPU performance is lower and size bigger than what I would like when coming from a Galaxy S7.Overall, a recommended phone if your requirements for a smartphone are similar..
I researched before I purchased, having found that Samsung phones supported Wifi calling - although not listed in the product description of this particular phone.

Once the battery dies...throw it away and usually lose all photos and phone numbers which were not backed up. Dozens of photos and 100+ phone numbers. Numbers I had lost or deleted years ago, came back. The loading of pages and games is lightening fast; for me, going from 4 to 5G. No, it doesn't come with product manual. It's a used phone and mine came with a little "quick start guide" which has a link to online manual at Samsung....better than hard copy and can't get lost. I, highly, recommend this purchase. M.L. 5/1/2022 I always trusted Samsung but I was at first little afraid of buying this US version factory unlocked Galaxy A13 5G because it is not that the flagship S model and the price is somewhat a quarter of the new S model prices. Powered by a 5000 mah battery and the latest Android 11, it runs amazing fast jumping from one app to another. Using Samsung’s own Smart Switch app I was able to transfer all apps, contacts, data and configuration from my old phone even though it was not a Samsung.Camera works great with the option of face recog. and fingerprint reader.

Visited SAMSUNG store-they claimed they have never seen this issue, so I did a Google search with them to show the long list of similar complaints with no fix.
Very nice phone, sleep and stylish. Would have given it a 4 stars if it was as described. Purchased this phone because it says unlocked. Traveled overseas with it and could not use it. Even it said unlocked it was not. No fix. Can't switch lens or take pics quicky. Unable to take pics at my 40 year reunion weekend. It sucks to borrow an iPhone to take a basic picture. It's not a phone you want to use all the time, it's a phone that you need to use when you need it to get the most out of your phone. You need to be able to use it to take pictures. You can't use it if it's not unlocked. You don't want to be using it when you're supposed to be in the middle of the night and can't get to the camera to take photos. You also need to know how to use the camera so that you don't end up with a bad picture. You have to know where to point the camera and where to put it.
