The phone itself is great. The camera takes amazing photos (2 cameras in the front, 3 in the back) and I really dig the Flamingo Pink aesthetic

The phone looked practically pristine and had the kind of fast responsiveness you'd expect from a premium device (even a two year old one). It comes in a box that is not the factory-direct package, as claimed (something that many reviewers seemed to somehow miss written 2-3 times in the description). Overall, the phone was protected by a "peely" screen protector that was enclosed in a thick phone-shaped bubble wrap bag. The Samsung Galaxy S10+ is compatible with Republic Wireless, but only the factory unlocked variant (SM-G975UZKAXAA or SM-G975U1 in the phone's settings) is. This page is for models that have been unlocked, not necessarily factory unlocked models. It's worth noting that while more than 95% of you will not be bothered by this disparity, it rendered the phone absolutely useless for me. I was obviously disappointed and frustrated when I realized I had an inoperable phone and contacted both the seller (PromoDealz) and Amazon. I was a little anxious about the follow up I'd get when I saw a name that sounded like a corner pawn shop (no offense folks, I'm not what the youngsters call hip..lol), but that fear, like those regarding a reconditioned phone in general, was quickly dispelled.

On Friday, I received it and was pleasantly happy to find it free of scratches and traces of previous use. Smart swap made transferring data, applications, contacts, and other items from my old Galaxy S7 edge a breeze. I didn't understand the phone wasn't connecting to my T-Mobile LTE network properly because of wifi calling. I received a notice saying it was locked when I tried to add it to my Sprint account. The phone is branded unlocked but when I tried setting up service with my provider (TMobile) I was told it couldn't be utilized owing to the device being in bad financial standing. Unfortunately, this seller appears to be one of just a handful who sells the blue color I desire, so I'll have to settle for black from a more trustworthy company. STAY AWAY FROM 2019BESTSALE!!! is my suggestion. He accepts orders that he either refuses or is unable to carry out. He doesn't specify a deadline for delivery. It's usually a three-day window, and even then, he can't deliver! I proceeded to cancel it. I returned it and will consider replacing it with another S10+, at which point I will update my evaluation. I really wanted to be one of the lucky ones that didn't have any issues with their phones, but that wasn't going to happen.
