Re-Cell has exceptional customer service, a readiness to assist, knowledge, a quick response, and the offer to replace my phone, despite the fact that it was not their fault. I was apprehensive about purchasing a refurbished phone for the first time, and if it hadn't been for the AT&T 5g issue, I would have been delighted with my purchase right away. Based on past reviews, I made sure to purchase from Re-Cell, and I'm very glad I did. The camera system is fantastic, and the software optimization results in some fantastic images. With that 120hz refresh rate, the display is incredibly crisp, can get quite bright, and is super smooth. Thanks to the Snapdragon 888 and 8GB of RAM, the performance is lightning fast. The dual speaker arrangement is both reasonably good and reasonably quiet. The phone is fantastic! And it's a decent price if you buy it refurbished. My current carrier was no difficulty to work with. It includes a nice charger as well as a pre-printed return label in case there are any issues. It was delivered "before 8 p.m." on X date. I was home all morning until about 1 p.m., but I just missed them at 3 p.m... However, I was able to pick it up that night at a FedEx location. I'd try to sign up for a FedEx account next time so I could tell them to hold it at the FedEx shop, which would be easier to coordinate.

Samsung's malware and bloatware are pre-installed on the device. Many stealthy spyware programs cannot be deleted from the device by anyone willing to pay them to put their malware on it. I expect it not to spy on me if I pay for it! Perhaps it's time to upgrade to Apple's exorbitantly priced and uncustomizable equipment. This phone hasn't been unlocked yet. It is only compatible with the VERIZON NETWORK. I just wanted to issue a warning to anyone considering purchasing this phone. AFTER IMPORTING SETTINGS AND APPS FROM MY NOTE 9, I spent nearly FIVE HOURS setting up this pricey shite. This phone is being returned because it was not unlocked. I chatted with representatives from Amazon, Verizon, and AT&T. The phone informs me that it is locked to Verizon and that it cannot be moved. This is due to the fact that the phone is still registered to someone else's account, and Verizon will not unlock it due to the possibility that it is a phony phone. The only way to unlock it is for the phone's original owner (who I don't know) to provide Verizon their PIN and confirm that they want it unlocked. I SIMPLY CANCELLED MY EXISTING BOOST MOBILE ACCOUNT, TRANSFERRED THE PHONE NUMBER, ACTIVATED MINT MOBILE SERVICE, INSERTED SIM CARD, RESTARTED THE PHONE, AND LOW AND BE.
